Describe your role in the office.
My role is being the traffic controller. It is important that visitors are directed to the right place and that I can provide them with great customer service.
What is most challenging about your job?
It's when I am performing customer service. I am answering calls, taking orders, directing our guests and setting up meetings. While juggling these tasks, it is very important I make sure to address everyone's needs.
What motivates you throughout your workday?
I love what I do; I enjoy serving people at all levels, just as long as they are satisfied. I also assist Jennifer Elkin, who is the senior VP of marketing, and I enjoy working for her in whatever capacity. Overall, I get to interact with a multitude and diverse group of people.
What are some of your interests outside of the office?
I love to shop and I like to travel. I have a leadership role at my brother's church as the ministry leader over our ushers and greeters. I spend a lot of time doing activities and volunteering inside and outside the church. I am also the Chamber's United Way representative.
What is your fondest childhood memory?
Christmastime and later finding out there was no Santa. Every time the holiday rolled around, I would search for the gifts in the house. I just love Christmas!
